After you submit the form, you should receive an automatic confirmation to the email address that you entered.

If you believe you had submitted the form but did not receive a confirmation,
it is possible there is a glitch in the system, or the email address was entered incorrectly (it has happened more than a handful of times). If you DID NOT receive a confirmation email, please email me at corepawtential@gmail.com to make sure your booking went through.
